If your DK3000 camera driver will not load with INFINITY software v5.0.0, please follow the instructions below to update your computer to correct the issue.

Note for Windows Vista users: If you have previously connected a DK3000 camera to your computer where it exhibited this behavior, you will have to go into the Device Manager (right-click My Computer: Manage: Device Manager) and force an uninstall of the camera under the Imaging Devices category.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:

- Close all applications related to digital USB cameras.
- Disconnect all digital USB cameras from both the power supply (where
applicable) and USB cables.
- Save the following .zip file to <Infinity Software Installation
Directory>\Uninstall_Infinity_Software\patches\
OR: Save the .zip file to a preferred directory on your computer such as
C:\temp:

Lumenera_INF1-3_Patch_20090325.zip

- Unpack the .zip file.
- Navigate to the newly extracted directory and run the install.bat file.
- Reconnect the power supply (where applicable) and USB cable to your
camera.
