What It Does

The EMZ-10 zoom stereo microscope is a modular microscope head designed for close-up inspection and hands-on work, producing a true 3D view by using two optical paths (one for each eye), which helps you see depth, surface details, and fine structures clearly; it offers adjustable magnification (about 7×–45×), and its long 110 mm working distance gives you space to use tools under the lens, making it especially useful for tasks like electronics repair, lab work, or precision assembly where you need to both see and manipulate small objects at the same time.

EMZ-10: Microscope Head
The EMZ-10 body has a long 110mm working length increase focal depth and a wide field number combine makes it perfect for all applications ranging from industry and biological fields to education and training. Despite these advanced capabilities, the microscope operation is simple. It features Greenough optics for enhance image flatness and contrast. As a result, views of three dimensional surfaces are sharp with excellent depth characteristic. The EMZ-10 offers high resolution observation in precision-oriented semi-conductor. It is popular for mounting onto bonders and probers, and offers superior performance at low cost. It features Greenough optics which contributes in enhancing image flatness and contrast. In addition to its compact design and versatility, a wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available to allow the user to customize their desired working distance to adapt to almost any application.

MA502: Eyepieces
Included is the MA502 Super Widefield Eyepiece 10X (pair) with 25mm reticle mount Field No. 23.0, Eye Relief 16.0, Focal Length 25.0.

F: Focus Block
The F holder is a focusing holder with a rack and pinion mount that allows smooth, precise focusing over 55mm of travel. Coarse focus mechanism incorporates a slip clutch and tension adjustment. Fits 20mm diameter, 71mm long mounting post. The 84.2mm diameter opening accepts all EM Series stereo bodies.

UL: Stand
The UL Stand is Meiji Techno America’s special Universal-stand with pillar, crossarm and mounting post, and rotatable tray to hold optional fiber optic light source. The UL gives the user a large laminate work surface. Provides flexible horizontal and vertical movement for mid-sized specimens and large electronic components. 20mm diameter short drop-down mounting post accepts F, FX or FC holders. (must be ordered separately) Base: 580mm x 500 x 38mm. UL is a Laminate Board stand which requires external illumination and focus holder. The FL fiber optic illuminator series fit the footprint of the fiber optic tray perfectly. This UL Ergonomic stand can accommodate an extended work surface for use with large circuit boards or animal surgery which requires a wide surface area. The UL stand is designed for the zoom (EMZ Series), turret (EMT Series) and fixed (EMF Series) stereo bodies. The UL Stand is a great complement to our Stereo microscopes due to the focus block’s ability to be easily raised vertically to accommodate different sample heights or special applications.
