EMZ-10H: Microscope Head
The EMZ-10H is a new and improved high eyepoint model with an eye relief of 20.9mm designed for microscopists and for people who wear glasses. It is specially designed to give the user more clearance between their eyes and the microscope. The high eyepoint models also uses a newly designed eyepiece with a wider designed lens to compliment the high eyepoint models (MA522 10X, MA818 15X, MA819 20X) Optional rubber eye guards (MA906) are also available. The EMZ-10H body has a long 110mm working length, an increase focal depth and a wide field number which makes it perfect for all applications ranging from industry and biological fields to education and training. Despite these advanced capabilities, the microscope operation is simple. It features Greenough optics for enhance image flatness and contrast. As a result, views of three dimensional surfaces are sharp with excellent depth characteristic. The EMZ-10H offers high resolution observation in precision-oriented semi-conductor, popular for mounting onto bonders and probers, and offers superior performance at low cost. In addition to its compact design and versatility, a wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available to allow the user to customize their desired working distance to adapt to almost any application. Suitable for eyeglass users.
MA522: Eyepieces
MA522 Super Widefield Eyepiece is included, high eye point 10X (paired) (With 25mm reticle mount) (Fits EMZ-5H, EMZ-5TRH, EMZ-8TRH, EMZ-10H models only)
F: Focus Block
Focusing holder with rack and pinion mount that allows smooth, precise focusing over 55mm of travel. Coarse focus mechanism incorporates a slip clutch and tension adjustment. Fits 20mm diameter, 71mm long mounting post. The 84.2mm diameter opening accepts all EM Series stereo bodies.
UL: Stand
UL is a Laminate Board stand which requires external illumination and focus holder. The FL fiber optic illuminator series fit the footprint of the fiber optic tray perfectly. This UL Ergonomic stand can accommodate an extended work surface for use with large circuit boards or animal surgery which requires a wide surface area. The UL stand is designed for the zoom (EMZ Series), turret (EMT Series) and fixed (EMF Series) stereo bodies. The UL Stand is a great complement to our Stereo microscopes due to the focus block’s ability to be easily raised vertically to accommodate different sample heights or special applications.

UL: Wide Stand

The UL Stand is Meiji Techno America’s special Universal-stand with pillar, crossarm and mounting post, and rotatable tray to hold optional fiber optic light source. The UL is gives the user a large laminate work surface. Provides flexible horizontal and vertical movement for mid-sized specimens and large electronic components. 20mm diameter short drop-down mounting post accepts F, FX or FC holders. (must be ordered separately) Base: 580mm x 500 x 38mm.
Stand: Wide surface stand with 22 1/3″ X 19 1/4″ inch base and rotatable light source stand
Illumination Port: No illumination, requires an external illuminator for lighting
