What It Does

EMZ-10H: Microscope Head
The EMZ-10H is a new and improved high eyepoint model with an eye relief of 20.9mm designed for microscopists and for people who wear glasses. It is specially designed to give the user more clearance between their eyes and the microscope. The high eyepoint models also uses a newly designed eyepiece with a wider designed lens to compliment the high eyepoint models (MA522 10X, MA818 15X, MA819 20X) Optional rubber eye guards (MA906) are also available. The EMZ-10H body has a long 110mm working length, an increase focal depth and a wide field number which makes it perfect for all applications ranging from industry and biological fields to education and training. Despite these advanced capabilities, the microscope operation is simple. It features Greenough optics for enhance image flatness and contrast. As a result, views of three dimensional surfaces are sharp with excellent depth characteristic. The EMZ-10H offers high resolution observation in precision-oriented semi-conductor, popular for mounting onto bonders and probers, and offers superior performance at low cost. In addition to its compact design and versatility, a wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available to allow the user to customize their desired working distance to adapt to almost any application. Suitable for eyeglass users.

MA522: Eyepieces 
MA522 Super Widefield Eyepiece is included, high eye point 10X (paired) (With 25mm reticle mount) (Fits EMZ-5H, EMZ-5TRH, EMZ-8TRH, EMZ-10H models only)

P: Stand
The P stand in Meiji Techno America’s basic pole stand with “F” focusing holder mounted on a plain base. It accepts our EMZ, EMT and EMF stereo microscope bodies. It is supplied with a 94.5mm diameter reversible black and white stage plate with a locking pin, two stainless steel stage clips and a 20mm diameter vertical pole. The P stand’s compact design allows users to maximize their work area, so that operation in limited space becomes possible. Since there is no built-in illumination, it allows the end-user to select from a variety of incident light options from an LED ring light to a dual arm fiber optic system.

MA961D/80/ESD: LED Daylight
The MA961D/80/ESD is designed with an inner and outer quadrant daylight LED ring populated by 80 high quality, extremely bright, which can be controlled in 8 segmented white LEDs. The inner and outer rings of LED’s are set at different angles to create a uniform illumination across a wide range of working distances. The MA961D/80/ESD it has 6500K illumination. Each ring and LED segment can be independently controlled using advanced eight segment LED controller. Dual dimming controls provide maximum color stability at all dimming levels. CNC-machined from a solid block of aluminum alloy allowing optimal thermal management and performance in a rugged, attractive package. The MA961D/80 comes standard with a universal power source for worldwide operation.

MA961D/80/ESD: Ring Illuminator

MA961C/80/ESD - Cool White Inner and Outer Quadrant Control Ring Light

The MA961/80 line features 80 powerful and precision aligned LEDs for shadow free illumination across a wide range of working distances. Dual dimmers and up to 8 separately controllable banks provide excellent control over the illumination. The proprietary controller is designed for durability and to provide a DC supply that eliminates flicker or strobing effects. An auto voltage sensing 100 – 240 VAC power supply is included.

The M961/80/ESD Safe models are carefully constructed by starting with an aluminum alloy that is precision machined. These parts are then subjected to a multi-step proprietary coating process that both protects the alloy and preserves surface electrical conductivity.
