The EMZ-13 + MA502 + KBL Stand Configuration System pairs the high-performance EMZ-13 zoom stereo microscope with MA502 10× super widefield eyepieces to deliver bright, sharp, and high-contrast stereoscopic images across an extended zoom range. Built on a precision Greenough optical design, the EMZ-13 offers excellent image flatness, resolution, and depth perception, making it ideal for detailed inspection, assembly, and quality control tasks in industrial, laboratory, and research environments. EMZ-13: Microscope Head
The EMZ-13 body offers an extended zoom ratio of 7:1, the highest in its series. Modularity of design enables the user to select magnification from 3x – 420x. The large zoom range means the user can expect superb optical performance and maneuverability. The paired objectives are parfocalled and parcentered that guarantees observation of exceptionally high-resolution images throughout a wide magnification range. The EMZ-13 series offer working distances from 34mm – 252mm. The EMZ-13 employs Greenough optics, for improved image flatness and contrast. As a result, images are brighter and more distinct even at the periphery of the field of view. The EMZ-13 is suitable for precision-oriented semi-conductor, medical device and routine inspection. In addition to its compact design and versatility a wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available to allow the user to customize their desired working distance to adapt to almost any work/lab application.

MA502: Eyepieces
Included is the MA502 Super Widefield Eyepiece 10X (pair) with 25mm reticle mount Field No. 23.0, Eye Relief 16.0, Focal Length 25.0.

KBL: Stand
The KBL Stand is a Meiji Techno America’s most popular ergonomic 380mm x 330mm x 20mm flat laminate board stand which requires external illumination when an extended work surface is needed. This ergonomic stand can accommodate large circuit boards or animal surgery which requires a wide surface area. Equipped with an integrated F Coarse Focus Block/Holder which is a focusing holder with rack and pinion mount that allows smooth and precise focusing over 55mm of travel. Its coarse focus mechanism incorporates a slip clutch and tension adjustment. Fits 20mm diameter, 71mm long mounting post. The 84.2mm diameter opening accepts all EM Series stereo bodies. The KBL Stand is a great complement to our Stereo microscopes due to the focus block’s ability to be easily raised vertically to accommodate different sample heights or special applications. A 5” (100mm) extension pillar for the threaded vertical post is also available if needed to accommodate taller specimens (MA551).
