What It Does

The EMZ-13H series is used for precision inspection and hands-on microscale work, where users need a clear 3D magnified view to examine and manipulate small parts, making it ideal for applications such as electronics assembly and PCB soldering, semiconductor and medical device inspection, quality control in manufacturing, jewelry and watch repair, and laboratory or industrial R&D tasks, because it provides a stable zoom range, good depth perception, and enough working distance to safely use tools under the microscope while working on delicate components.

EMZ-13H: Binocular Microscope Head + MA522: Eyepieces + PK: Stand

EMZ-13H: Microscope Head
The EMZ-13H is a new and improved high eyepoint model with an eye relief of 20.9mm designed for microscopists and for people who wear glasses. It is specially designed to give the user more clearance between their eyes and the microscope. The high eyepoint models also uses a newly designed eyepiece with a wider designed lens to compliment the high eyepoint models (MA522 10X, MA818 15X, MA819 20X) Optional rubber eye guards (MA906) are also available. The EMZ-13H body offers an extended zoom ratio of 7:1, the highest in its series. Its modular design enables the user to select magnification from 3x – 420x. Because it has a large zoom range, the user can expect superb optical performance and maneuverability. The paired objectives are parfocalled and parcentered that guarantee observation of high resolution images throughout a wide magnification range. The EMZ-13H series offer working distances from 34mm – 252mm. It employs Greenough optics for improved image flatness and contrast. As a result images are brighter and more distinct even at the periphery of the field of view. The EMZ-13H is suitable for precision-oriented semi-conductor, medical device and routine inspection. In addition to its compact design and versatility, a wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available to allow the user to customize their desired working distance to adapt to almost any work/lab application. Also suitable for eyeglass users.

MA522: Eyepieces 
MA522 Super Widefield Eyepiece is included, high eye point 10X (paired) (With 25mm reticle mount) (Fits EMZ-5H, EMZ-5TRH, EMZ-8TRH, EMZ-10H models only)

PK: Pole Stand 
An extended working distance ergonomic pole stand with 250mm pole and “F” focusing holder mounted on an ergo base. Supplied with one 94.5mm diameter reversible black and white stage plate and two stage clips. The PK can be accessorized with an optional 20-watt halogen incident illuminator with standalone power supply.

Ergonomic Design:
All EMZ Series zoom stereo microscope bodies feature a compact lightweight design. Every stereo body features adjustment diopter tubes and interpupillary distance adjustment. Observation tubes are inclined at 45°, 60° or 90° for convenient fatigue free viewing depending on the application, A range of fixed of tilting focus blocks are available to mount the microscope body onto existing O.E.M. equipment.
