What It Does

A stereo zoom trinocular microscope is designed for examining and working with small three-dimensional objects in applications such as electronics repair, jewelry and watchmaking, biological research, manufacturing inspection, and forensic analysis. It produces a true 3D image that helps users judge depth accurately while handling delicate tools or components beneath the microscope. Its zoom feature allows smooth adjustment between lower and higher magnifications without changing lenses, making it easy to switch from a broad view to fine detail observation. Unlike compound microscopes, it provides a larger working distance, giving enough space to solder circuit boards, dissect specimens, inspect gemstones, or assemble miniature parts comfortably. The trinocular head includes a third port for connecting a camera, allowing users to capture images and video for teaching, presentations, documentation, quality control, or digital analysis. EMZ-13TR: Trinocular Microscope Head + MA502: Eyepieces + PKL-2: Stand

EMZ-13TR: Microscope Head
The EMZ-13TR trinocular zoom body is used for photography and video applications and offers an extended zoom ratio of 7:1, the highest in its series. Its modular design enables the user to select magnification from 3x – 420x. The large zoom range means the user can expect superb optical performance and maneuverability. The paired objectives are parfocalled and parcentered that guarantees observation of exceptionally high-resolution images throughout a wide magnification range. The EMZ-13TR series offer working distances from 34mm – 252mm. The EMZ-13TR employs Greenough optics, for improved image flatness and contrast. As a result, images are brighter and more distinct even at the periphery of the field of view. The EMZ-13TR is suitable for precision-oriented semi-conductor, medical device and routine inspection. In addition to its compact design and versatility a wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available to allow the user to customize their desired working distance to adapt to almost any work/lab application.

MA502: Eyepieces 
Included is the MA502 Super Widefield Eyepiece 10X (pair) with 25mm reticle mount Field No. 23.0, Eye Relief 16.0, Focal Length 25.0.

PKL-2: Stand 
An ergonomic pole type stand with dual LED illumination system, coarse focusing holder, 5-watt LED incident illumination, dual variable intensity control, removable glass stage plate, two stage clips, and power cord. Transmitted light base features an extremely bright multiple LED array with milk white diffusion plate and clear glass stage plate. Automatic voltage (100V to 240V) sensing power supply. Optional accessories include analyzer/polarizer for transmitted light pol work, white/black stage plate, 4″ pole extension, and mechanical stages.

PKL-2: Pole Stand

The PKL-2 Stand is Meiji Techno America’s most popular LED stand with built in transmitted and incident LED illumination which may be operated independently or simultaneously. Since LED provides no direct heat, there won’t be any external stress on the specimen placed on the stage. Equipped with an integral F focusing holder with an 84.5mm round diameter opening, mounted on a low profile wide cast aluminum alloy base stable stand. Supplied with 94.5mm clear glass stage plate (MA569) and two stainless steel stage clips (MA593). The PKL-2 Stand is designed for use mostly with zoom (EMZ Series), but can also be used for our turret (EMT Series), fixed (EMF Series) stereo bodies. The PKL-2 stand is a great complement to our Stereo microscopes due to the focus block’s ability to be easily raised vertically if needed for special applications. A 5” extension pillar for the threaded vertical post is also available if needed to accommodate taller specimens (MA551).   Chemical Resistant Finish and is auto-voltage sensing power supply (100V-240V). 100% MADE IN JAPAN.

Ergonomic Design:
All EMZ Series zoom stereo microscope bodies feature a compact lightweight design. Every stereo body features adjustment diopter tubes and interpupillary distance adjustment. Observation tubes are inclined at 45°, 60° or 90° for convenient fatigue free viewing depending on the application, A range of fixed of tilting focus blocks are available to mount the microscope body onto existing O.E.M. equipment. A choice of Zoom, Turret or Fixed magnification bodies with various working distances, optional auxiliary objectives and eyepieces, multiple adjustable stands, versatile illumination systems, and auxiliary components allow the end user to design a system to fulfill their specific requirements.
