What It Does

A stereo zoom trinocular microscope is an advanced optical device used to magnify and inspect objects in clear three-dimensional detail while also supporting photo and video capture through an integrated camera port. Designed with dual viewing paths, it provides natural depth perception that allows users to accurately examine and manipulate larger specimens or components during observation. Its continuous zoom system lets users easily adjust magnification levels without switching lenses, while integrated detent click stops provide precise preset magnification positions that “click” into place for repeatable viewing and accurate measurement consistency during inspections or imaging tasks. The trinocular configuration includes a third optical channel dedicated to digital imaging, enabling users to record observations, perform measurements, share live demonstrations, or document results for reporting and analysis. EMZ-13TRD: Trinocular Microscope Head + MA502: Eyepieces + P: Stand + MA551: Extension

EMZ-13TRD: Microscope Head with Detent
The EMZ-13TRD (with detent click-stops) trinocular zoom body is used for photography and video applications and offers an extended zoom ratio of 7:1, the highest in its series. Its modular design enables the user to select magnification from 3x – 420x. The large zoom range means the user can expect superb optical performance and maneuverability. The paired objectives are parfocalled and parcentered that guarantees observation of exceptionally high resolution images throughout a wide magnification range. The EMZ-13TR series offer working distances from 34mm – 252mm. The EMZ-13TRD employs Greenough optics, for improved image flatness and contrast. As a result images are brighter and more distinct even at the periphery of the field of view. The EMZ-13TRD is suitable for precision-oriented semi-conductor, medical device and routine inspection. In addition to it’s compact design and versatility a wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available to allow the user to customize their desired working distance to adapt to almost any work/lab application.

MA502: Eyepieces 
Included is the MA502 Super Widefield Eyepiece 10X (pair) with 25mm reticle mount Field No. 23.0, Eye Relief 16.0, Focal Length 25.0.

MA551: Extension Pillar
This P stand also has a MA551 attachment which is a 4″ extension aluminum pillar in which gives the whole stand a height of 348mm. The P stand’s compact design allows users to maximize their work area so that operation in limited space becomes possible. Since there is no built-in illumination, it allows the end-user to select from a variety of incident light options from an LED ring light to a dual arm fiber optic system

P: Stand 
The P stand in Meiji Techno America’s basic pole stand with “F” focusing holder mounted on a plain base. It accepts our EMZ, EMT and EMF stereo microscope bodies. It is supplied with a 94.5mm diameter reversible black and white stage plate with a locking pin, two stainless steel stage clips and a 20mm diameter vertical pole. This P stand also has a MA551 attachment which is a 4″ extension aluminum pillar in which gives the whole stand a height of 348mm. The P stand’s compact design allows users to maximize their work area so that operation in limited space becomes possible. Ergonomic Design:
All EMZ Series zoom stereo microscope bodies feature a compact lightweight design. Every stereo body features adjustment diopter tubes and interpupillary distance adjustment. Observation tubes are inclined at 45°, 60° or 90° for convenient fatigue free viewing depending on the application, A range of fixed of tilting focus blocks are available to mount the microscope body onto existing O.E.M. equipment. A choice of Zoom, Turret or Fixed magnification bodies with various working distances, optional auxiliary objectives and eyepieces, multiple adjustable stands, versatile illumination systems, and auxiliary components allow the end user to design a system to fulfill their specific requirements.
