EMZ-13TRHD: Microscope Head High Eyepoint with Detent

The EMZ-13TRHD is a new and improved high eyepoint model with an eye relief of 20.9mm designed for microscopists and for people who wear glasses. It is specially designed to give the user more clearance between their eyes and the microscope. The high eyepoint models also use a newly designed eyepiece with a wider designed lens to compliment the high eyepoint models (MA522 10X, MA818 15X, MA819 20X). Optional rubber eye guards (MA906) are also available. The EMZ-13TRHD (with detent click-stops) trinocular zoom body is used for photography and video applications and offers an extended zoom ratio of 7:1, the highest in its series. Its modular design enables the user to select a magnification from 3x – 420x. Because it has a large zoom range, the user can expect superb optical performance and maneuverability. The paired objectives are parfocalled and parcentered which guarantee observation of high resolution images throughout a wide magnification range. The EMZ-13TRH series offer working distances from 34mm – 252mm. The EMZ-13TRHD employs Greenough optics for improved image flatness and contrast. As a result, images are brighter and more distinct even at the periphery of the field of view. The EMZ-13TRHD is suitable for precision-oriented semi-conductor, medical device and routine inspection. In addition to its compact design and versatility, a wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available to allow the user to customize their desired working distance to adapt to almost any work/lab application.
