What It Does

A stereo zoom trinocular microscope is used for viewing and analyzing relatively large, three-dimensional specimens at low to medium magnification, making it ideal for tasks that require depth perception and manipulation. Commonly used in fields like electronics repair, biology, and quality control, it allows users to examine surfaces, textures, and structures such as circuit boards, insects, plants, or small mechanical parts. The “zoom” feature provides a continuous range of magnification without changing lenses, while the “trinocular” design includes a third port for attaching a camera, enabling users to capture images or video for documentation, research, or teaching.

EMZ-5TR: Microscope Head
The EMZ-5TR trinocular zoom body is used for photography and video applications. When the beamsplitter is engaged, 100% of the light from the left optical path is directed to the phototube. The image can still be viewed through the right eye tube. The EMZ-5TR employs Greenough optics for improved image flatness and contrast. The EMZ-5TR offers high resolution erect unreversed stereoscopic image. In addition to its compact design and versatility, a wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available to allow the user to customize their desired working distance to adapt to almost any application. Photomicrography made easy with over 300 available digital, analog and SLR camera adapters.

MA502: Eyepieces 
Included is the MA502 Super Widefield Eyepiece 10X (pair) with 25mm reticle mount Field No. 23.0, Eye Relief 16.0, Focal Length 25.0

F: Focus Block 
The F holder is a focusing holder with a rack and pinion mount that allows smooth, precise focusing over 55mm of travel. Coarse focus mechanism incorporates a slip clutch and tension adjustment. Fits 20mm diameter, 71mm long mounting post. The 84.2mm diameter opening accepts all EM Series stereo bodies.

FA-4: Stand 
The Meiji Techno FA-4 Triple Joint Articulating Table Clamp Boom stand is an industrial type articulating arm stand with 20mm diameter drop down post for ready for a F & FX, FC focus holder which fits the standard 20mm drop down post Great for examining industrial parts and for inspection of larger or awkward shaped item, this articulating arm stand provides ultimate versatility without sacrificing stability. This articulated stand weighs about 21 lbs. and comes with a 15.25”, 387.35mm High Stainless Steel Pillar and 37″, 939mm Reaching-out length.

Ergonomic Design:

Observation tubes are inclined at 45°, 60° or 90° for convenient fatigue free viewing depending on the application, A range of fixed of tilting focus blocks are available to mount the microscope body onto existing O.E.M. equipment.
