An industrial stereo microscope is designed for precision inspection, assembly, and analysis applications that require true 3D visualization. Unlike compound microscopes, a stereo zoom microscope provides depth perception and a longer working distance, allowing users to comfortably manipulate parts while observing fine surface details. EMZ-5TRH: Trinocular Microscope Head + MA522: Eyepieces + F: Focus Block + MU: Stand

 

EMZ-5TRH: Microscope Head
The EMZ-5TRH is a new and improved high eyepoint model with an eye relief of 20.9mm designed for microscopists and for people who wear glasses. It is specially designed to give the user more clearance between their eyes and the microscope. The high eyepoint models also use a newly designed eyepiece with a wider designed lens to compliment the high eyepoint models (MA522 10X, MA818 15X, MA819 20X). Optional rubber eye guards (MA906) are also available. The EMZ-5TRH trinocular zoom body is used for photography and video applications. When the beamsplitter is engaged, 100% of the light from the left optical path is directed to the phototube. The image can still be viewed through the right eyetube. The EMZ-5TRH employs Greenough optics for improved image flatness and contrast. It offers high resolution erect unreversed stereoscopic images. In addition to its compact design and versatility, a wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available to allow the user to customize their desired working distance to adapt to almost any application. Photomicrography is made easy with over 300 available digital, analog and SLR camera adapters. Also suitable for eyeglass users.

MA522: Eyepieces 
Included is the MA522 Super Widefield Eyepiece, high eye point 10X (paired) (With 25mm reticle mount) (Fits EMZ-5H, EMZ-5TRH, EMZ-8TRH, EMZ-10H models only).

F: Focus Block 
Focusing holder with rack and pinion mount that allows smooth, precise focusing over 55mm of travel. Coarse focus mechanism incorporates a slip clutch and tension adjustment. Fits 20mm diameter, 71mm long mounting post. The 84.2mm diameter opening accepts all EM Series stereo bodies.

MU: Stand 
The MU Wide Surface Stand is Meiji Techno America’s special Universal-stand with a pillar, crossarm and mounting post mounted over a laminate work surface. It provides flexible horizontal and vertical movement for mid-sized specimens and small electronic components. It has a 20mm diameter short mounting post that accepts F, FX or FC holders (must be ordered separately). The dimensions of the base: 350mm x 410mm x 30mm. MU is a laminate board stand which requires an external illumination and a focus holder. This ergonomic stand can accommodate an extended work surface for large circuit boards or animal surgery which requires a wide surface area. The MU stand is designed for the zoom (EMZ Series), turret (EMT Series) and fixed (EMF Series) stereo bodies. The MU Stand is a great complement to our Stereo microscopes due to the focus block’s ability to raise vertically to accommodate different sample heights or special applications.

Ergonomic Design:
