This configuration is a professional stereoscopic inspection and imaging system that lets you examine objects in 3D with adjustable magnification and take high-resolution images and video directly on an integrated HDMI display. It provides ergonomic viewing with a large working distance, making it suitable for industrial inspection, quality control, electronics work, precision measurement, documentation, and teaching/demonstration purposes. The built-in measurement tools in the camera software allow you to measure distances, angles, areas, and more with micron-level accuracy without needing a separate computer.

An industrial stereo microscope is designed for precision inspection, assembly, and analysis applications that require true 3D visualization. Unlike compound microscopes, a stereo zoom microscope provides depth perception and a longer working distance, allowing users to comfortably manipulate parts while observing fine surface details. EMZ-5TRH: Microscope Head
The EMZ-5TRH is a new and improved high eyepoint model with an eye relief of 20.9mm designed for microscopists and for people who wear glasses. It is specially designed to give the user more clearance between their eyes and the microscope. The high eyepoint models also use a newly designed eyepiece with a wider designed lens to compliment the high eyepoint models (MA522 10X, MA818 15X, MA819 20X). Optional rubber eye guards (MA906) are also available. The EMZ-5TRH trinocular zoom body is used for photography and video applications. When the beamsplitter is engaged, 100% of the light from the left optical path is directed to the phototube. The image can still be viewed through the right eyetube. The EMZ-5TRH employs Greenough optics for improved image flatness and contrast. It offers high resolution erect unreversed stereoscopic images. In addition to its compact design and versatility, a wide variety of auxiliary lenses and stands are available to allow the user to customize their desired working distance to adapt to almost any application. Photomicrography is made easy with over 300 available digital, analog and SLR camera adapters. Also suitable for eyeglass users.

MA552: Eyepieces
Included is the MA522 Super Widefield Eyepiece, high eye point 10X (paired) (With 25mm reticle mount) (Fits EMZ-5H, EMZ-5TRH, EMZ-8TRH, EMZ-10H models only).

F: Focus Holder
The F holder is a focusing holder with a rack and pinion mount that allows smooth, precise focusing over 55mm of travel. Coarse focus mechanism incorporates a slip clutch and tension adjustment. Fits 20mm diameter, 71mm long mounting post. The 84.2mm diameter opening accepts all EM Series stereo bodies.

S-4500: Stand
The S-4500 table clamp is Meiji Techno America’s most popular ergonomic boom stand with a sturdy solid metal clamp to fit any industrial lab bench. It is equipped with a pillar, cross-arm and a 20mm drop down mounting post. It accepts F, FX or FC holders (must be ordered separately) or focus blocks with a 20mm mounting hole which are commonly available from microscope manufacturers. It is also equipped with a 400mm (15.74”) vertical pole and a 530mm (20.86”) horizontal pole. The S-4500 table clamp boom stand offers minimal space requirement and versatile vertical post length in its series. The S-4500 can swing out of the way easily, clearing the workstation for other tasks. The horizontal arm can be moved freely left to right or can be securely locked into position with our T handle knobs. Extra length vertical posts are available in other models. The vertical column is used to compensate for taller specimen heights to accommodate the working distances of different microscope bodies. Anti-rotation is stabilized by a locking pin on the vertical post. The S-4500 Boom stand provides a comfortable amount of space for preparing mice, insects and other model organisms or semiconductor and electrical components. It is designed for the zoom (EMZ Series), turret (EMT Series) and fixed (EMF Series) stereo bodies. MA151/35/03: “C” Mount
The MA151/35/03 0.3X lens (21mm reticle mount) video C” mount is used to connect the CCD Camera to the trinocular tube of the EM Series stereo microscope. The smaller the CCD imager is the greater the video magnification. Choosing the correct “C” mount for your application allows you to control the magnification on the video monitor. Meiji Techno offers the following “C” mounts for the EM Series Microscopes.

HD1500MET-M: 6MP Camera
The HD1500MET-M is our full featured 6 MP camera with a 1/3” CMOS chip. A 0.3X C” mount adapter (MA151/35/03) is needed to attach to any standard Meiji Techno America Trinocular Microscope. The HD1500MET-M features a full HD (1080×1920) resolution, which provides high fidelity images with a refresh rate of 60fps- frames per second when connected via HDMI, so there is absolutely no lag in the live video feed when moving your specimen or part. Included with the 11.8” High Definition display is a mounting kit that allows the display to be mounted directly in front of the HD1500MET-M. The 11.8” High Definition display is used with the provided USB 2.0 mouse; with this the user can access menus that provide all the features of the camera such as exposure, white balance, color control (red or blue), gamma, brightness, sharpness, saturation, denoise, color temperature. In addition, it allows the user to save images and videos directly on the full SD card due to the onboard operating system. You can flip the image horizontally, vertically, do a split screen where-in one side of the monitor is a live image and the other half is the captured image. You can also digitally increase/decrease the zoom if needed if your stereo system has reached its magnification potential, this will give you the added digital magnification needed. You can also superimpose a cross-line reticle directly on your live image, first click gives you a red line second click gives you a green line, and the third click omits the crossline. The live video and still shots can be saved directly on the removable full SD card for subsequent image capture. All this is achieved without the need for a PC. You may also connect directly to any monitor or TV with a HDMI port for a wider view if necessary. All USB 2.0, HDMI, SD card, power supply is all supplied. You can also attach a wireless mouse if you choose to go wireless with a third-party mouse.
