EMZ-8TRH: Microscope Head
The EMZ-8TRH is a new and improved high eyepoint model with an eye relief of 20.9mm designed for microscopists and for people who wear glasses. It is specially designed to give the user more clearance between their eyes and the microscope. The high eyepoint models also use a newly designed eyepiece with a wider designed lens to compliment the high eyepoint models (MA522 10X, MA818 15X, MA819 20X). Optional rubber eye guards (MA906) are also available. The EMZ-8TRH Trinocular High Eyepoint with 0.7x-4.5x zoom ratio offers direct light to all three viewing ports simultaneously. The EMZ-8TRH is designed for high-contrast images and has an excellent zoom range of 6.5:1 that is parfocalled all throughout the zoom range. It has Greenough optics for improved image flatness and contrast which results in brighter images at the periphery of the field of view. The EMZ-8TRH offers erect unreversed stereoscopic images providing high resolution observation in precision-oriented semi-conductor, medical device and routine inspection.
MA522: Eyepieces

P: Stand
The P stand in Meiji Techno America’s basic pole stand with “F” focusing holder mounted on a plain base. It accepts our EMZ, EMT and EMF stereo microscope bodies. It is supplied with a 94.5mm diameter reversible black and white stage plate with a locking pin, two stainless steel stage clips and a 20mm diameter vertical pole. The P stand’s compact design allows users to maximize their work area, so that operation in limited space becomes possible. Since there is no built-in illumination, it allows the end-user to select from a variety of incident light options from an LED ring light to a dual arm fiber optic system.
MA961W/80/ESD: Warm LED
The MA961W/80/ESD is designed with an inner and outer quadrant warm white LED ring populated by 80 high quality, extremely bright, which can be controlled in 8 segmented white LEDs. The inner and outer rings of LED’s are set at different angles to create uniform illumination across a wide range of working distances. The MA961W/80/ESD it has 3000K illumination. Each ring and LED segment can be independently controlled using advanced eight segment LED controller. Dual dimming controls provide maximum color stability at all dimming levels. CNC-machined from a solid block of aluminum alloy allowing optimal thermal management and performance in a rugged attractive package. The MA961W/80/ESD comes standard with a universal power source for worldwide operation.

This 10X Super Widefield Eyepiece is designed to fit our Meiji Techno models High Eyepoint models (EMZ-5H, EMZ-5TRH, EMZ-8TRH, EMZ-10H, EMZ-13H, and EMZ-13TRH)
P: Pole Stand

Focusing Holder: F Focus Holder Block included with 84.2 mm diameter opening which accepts 84 mm stereo body. Rack and pinion mount allows smooth precise focusing over 55mm of travel. Coarse focus mechanism incorporates a slip clutch and tension adjustment (F holder)
Illumination Port: No illumination, requires an external illuminator for lighting
MA961W/80/ESD: Ring Illuminator
The MA961/80 line features 80 powerful and precision aligned LEDs for shadow free illumination across a wide range of working distances. Dual dimmers and up to 8 separately controllable banks provide excellent control over the illumination. The proprietary controller is designed for durability and to provide a DC supply that eliminates flicker or strobing effects. An auto voltage sensing 100 – 240 VAC power supply is included.
The M961/80/ESD Safe models are carefully constructed by starting with an aluminum alloy that is precision machined. These parts are then subjected to a multi-step proprietary coating process that both protects the alloy and preserves surface electrical conductivity.
