Video Microscope Applications

Meiji Techno Video Microscopes have excellent optics in a rugged, portable design that few other manufacturers can match. A wide range of objectives, illumination and accessories are available to tailor this series to fit your application including but not limited to machine vision, inspection, documentation and forensics.

The VM Series Microscopes are direct-to-camera compound optics for any camera with a "C-mount" type threaded aperture.

The system shown here is a VM-2V and stand with our DK3000 USB2.0 CMOS video camera along with an LED pen light source. The DK3000 is sensitive enough to generate an image even with a single white LED!

And since the camera can take its power from the USB port on a laptop, a whole new world of applications for portable high power magnification are realized.
